Create a bi-lingual website for a Polish/English digital consultancy venture

 

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Agata Consulting is the brainchild of DUX's new director - Agata Malkiewicz. Her combined knowledge of the digital landscape and the Polish market led her to embark on this new venture, with which we were only too happy to assist.

What we did

Even more so than other website builds, copywriting was key to the success of this site. As a native Polish speaker, Agata was perfectly placed to write the Polish text. She was looking for DUX to provide the linguistic flourish with the English language translations.

We worked closely with the translator to ensure that the literal translations from Polish into English were - where possible and appropriate - contained the playful spirit that typifies both the original text and Agata's idiosyncratic, effusive approach to work.

The bi-lingual nature of the site also created certain technical challenges, as we had to find a plugin that was both reliable and fast.

 

 

The Results

Whilst this space is usually reserved for a quote from a (hopefully!) satisfied client, the following is something of a break from tradition. Working with Agata was a genuine pleasure and a privilege. The quality of the website we built serves as a testament to how well we worked together, and we had no hesitation in offering Agata a directorship at DUX once it became clear our goals aligned. Her consultancy work continues to expand across Krakow and Warsaw.
